What is included in a CCM after hours party?

CCM offers after hours parties on:

Available to book Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays

After Hours Time: Party starts anytime before 4:45pm and start no later than 5:30pm

  • Parties can be booked to start at 4:45pm or later. MUST BE BOOKED 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE, if shorter notice please call to see what we can arrange (530.809.1492)


    Cost:
    After Hours parties are $425, and due at time of booking. A $200 nonrefundable deposit will be kept in the event of cancelation. If you need to reschedule your party, please reach out at least a week in advance and we will make arrangements for a new date.

    Admission:
    Our after hours party package comes with admission for up to 50 guests. Please have a ratio of at least 1 adult: 3 children. All guests over the age of 2 will be wrist banded & any additional guests are a discounted rate of $6. Payment for additional guest is due the day of your event, at least 30 minutes before party ends.

    The Celebration Room:
    Food, drinks, and decorations are encouraged in the party room! You will have an additional 15 minutes before and after your party to set up and clean. Please keep all food and drinks in the celebration room.

  • Special after hours events or overnight trips are available by special request. Please call museum for additional assistance in booking.

  • Groups arriving without the required ratio will not be admitted and will not receive a refund; please ensure that you are capable of meeting CCM requirements prior to reserving your visit. If you have an existing reservation and would like to add more guests, please contact CCM and pay for your additional guests at least one day prior to your scheduled visit.

  • Visits must be scheduled at least TWO week in advance. Accommodations may be made by contacting the museum directly.

All existing CCM guidelines apply to after hour parties. Please supervise your children at all times during your party. Cellphones, laptops, and other electronic devices are barriers to interactive play and are highly discouraged. Please listen to and respect the guidance of staff members during your visit; they are here to ensure safe play and a welcoming environment.
