We’re opening special for Dr. Seuss Day!

For stories and play, for red fish and blue,
For wockets and sneetches and Things One and Two!

So bounce on in from 9 to 4,
There’ll be smiles and fun and SO much more!

Come read, come play, come laugh out loud —

Parents’ Night Out at Chico Children’s Museum:
Enjoy a kid-free evening while your children have a fun night at the museum!

Saturday February 14th, 2026 from 5–8 PM, our staff will supervise an evening of dinner, a hands-on project, and open play.

We encourage parents to take the opportunity to stay downtown—shop, dine, and support local businesses while the kids enjoy their evening at CCM.

Potty-trained children can enjoy a fun-filled evening of games, activities, crafts, supervised playtime, and pizza, while you enjoy a relaxing night out in downtown Chico.

We recommend registering online to save and secure your spot — space is limited to 30 children. Walk-ins are welcome first-come, first-served if space remains.
