🌙 After-Hours Private Museum Party

Private access to the entire museum for your celebration!

⭐ Party at a Glance

  • Price: $500

  • Party Time: 5:00–7:00 PM

  • Access Window: 4:45–7:15 PM (includes setup & cleanup)

  • Guest Limit: Up to 60 total guests (children and adults included in headcount)

  • Booking Window: At least 2 weeks in advance

🎉 What’s Included

  • 2-hour private rental of the entire museum

  • Up to 60 total guests (children and adults included in the headcount)

  • Children under 2 are free

  • Wristbands provided for all child guests

Note: Membership admission redemptions are not valid for birthday party guests.

🗓️ Party Schedule

Available: Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays

Party Time: 5:00 PM Party

Museum Access: 4:45 PM – 7:15 PM

Your reservation time includes setup, party time, and cleanup.

Booking requirement: Schedule at least 2 weeks in advance.
For short-notice requests or special arrangements, please call 530-809-1492.

💰 Pricing

Total Cost: $500 (due at booking)

  • $200 non-refundable deposit required

  • Parties may be rescheduled up to 1 week in advance

  • Deposit is forfeited if cancelled

👥 Guest Details

Included with your party:

  • Up to 60 total guests (children and adults combined)

Additional guests:

  • $8 per additional guest

Other guest policies:

  • Adult-to-child ratio: 1 adult per 5 children

  • Additional guest fees must be paid 30 minutes before the party ends

🎈 Celebration Room Guidelines

  • Food, drinks, and decorations are allowed in the Celebration Room only

  • Setup begins 15 minutes before your scheduled party time

  • Cleanup must be completed within 15 minutes after the party

  • Children must be supervised at all times

  • Please follow staff guidance to maintain a safe and welcoming environment

ℹ️ Additional Information

  • Waivers are required for all minors

  • Groups that do not meet the supervision ratio may be denied entry without a refund
